Wis. Ordered To Reopen Capitol Amid Labor Fight

Law360, New York (March 01, 2011, 6:13 PM ET) -- A Wisconsin judge Tuesday ordered the state's government to reopen to the public the State Capitol, which has been essentially locked down since Monday as part of a collective bargaining rights standoff.

Judge Daniel Moeser of the Wisconsin Circuit Court in Dane County issued a temporary restraining order in a suit brought by the Wisconsin Public Employees Union, instructing the state to open the Capitol to the public during business hours.
