Foley Partner Slaps Firm With Bias, Contract Claims

Law360, New York (March 02, 2011, 8:21 PM ET) -- A 57-year-old white male employment partner at Foley & Lardner LLP hit the firm Monday in a Michigan federal court with allegations that it breached his employment contract and discriminated against him on the basis of race, gender and age.

Raymond Carey claims in the suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, that Foley would have paid him more if he had been nonwhite, female or younger.
