Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 3:28 PM ET) -- Crowell & Moring LLP said Thursday it had added an employee benefits specialist from Davis & Harman LLP to its Washington office.
Seth T. Perretta has joined the firm as a partner and will concentrate on executive compensation, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and federal tax matters for employee health benefit plans under the federal health reform law.
