Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 6:45 PM ET) -- A New York judge on Thursday stayed a $250 million sex bias and harassment suit against American Apparel Inc. and its founder and CEO until he can decide whether the 20-year-old former employee's complaint should be arbitrated.
Judge Bert Bunyan of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Kings, stayed the case against American Apparel and its head Dov Charney until a March 25 to decide whether the matter should be arbitrated.
