Law360, New York (April 07, 2011, 7:18 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge dismissed a former Ivy Asset Management LLC employee Wednesday from one of the class actions brought against the company and a slew of other feeder funds over their investments with convicted fraudster Bernard L. Madoff.
Judge Colleen McMahon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off on the stipulated dismissal between a class of retirement plan investors and Robert Meschi.
