Ga. Lawmakers Grapple Over Immigration Bill Provision

Law360, New York (April 12, 2011, 7:14 PM ET) -- The Georgia House of Representatives approved revamped immigration legislation on Tuesday that requires certain private employers to verify their new workers' immigration status, a day after the state Senate stripped this provision from its own version of the bill.
