Law360, New York (May 06, 2011, 5:05 PM ET) -- A unit of insurance and risk management firm Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. accused rival Krauter & Co. of poaching its insurance brokers in a breach of contract, trade secrets and unfair competition suit filed Thursday in New York state court.
