Law360, New York (June 11, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has dismissed a discrimination lawsuit brought by a fired office manager against Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, saying the former employee had failed to connect an incident with a partner to her termination.
Judge Joe Billy McCade of the U.S. District Court for the District of Central Illinois dismissed the case on June 5.
