Law360, New York (June 13, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Outdated and inflexible business structures in law firms are draining them of female and new generational talent, according to a new study sponsored by San Francisco law firm Heller Ehrman LLP.
The report, compiled after a year of round table meetings with over 900 professionals from a variety of industries, focused on finding out how law firms could retain women and new associates.
