Law360, Los Angeles (August 29, 2011, 5:56 PM ET) -- A California state judge on Monday restricted the potential damages former “Desperate Housewives” star Nicollette Sheridan can receive in her wrongful termination fight with series creator Marc Cherry and the show's production company.
Judge Elizabeth Allen White ruled that Sheridan — who was sacked following the fifth season of the TV show — can only seek lost earnings for season six of the ABC drama, dealing a blow to the actress, who hoped to get lost wages through the remainder of the series.
