AFL-CIO President Slams Bill To Curb NLRB Authority

Law360, New York (September 12, 2011, 8:12 PM ET) -- AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka on Monday denounced legislation that seeks to curtail the National Labor Relations Board's power in response to its April complaint against the Boeing Co., saying the bill would open the door for companies to retaliate against workers by moving their jobs.
