Boeing SOX Plaintiffs Seek Supreme Court Review

Law360, Washington (September 15, 2011, 6:40 PM ET) -- Two Boeing Co. whistleblowers who accused the company of securities and accounting violations asked the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this month to overturn a Ninth Circuit holding that the whistleblower provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act do not protect employees who leak information to the news media, the first ruling of its kind.
