Former CVS Supervisors Sue Over Unpaid OT

Law360, New York (September 20, 2011, 8:49 PM ET) -- Two former CVS Pharmacy Inc. shift supervisors filed a putative class action in California on Friday seeking unpaid overtime wages for time spent performing tasks in the store during their breaks.

Former shift supervisors Liliana Mendoza and Crystal Vasquez say they were never paid for work done while on break at times they were required to stay on store premises to handle issues outside regular employees' authority.
