Law360, New York (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has found a proposed wage-and-hour settlement between plaintiffs and Oracle Corp. to be riddled with problems for those who do not file claims and for non-California residents.
Judge William Alsup of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California refused to give preliminary approval to the purported class action settlement on Tuesday.
