Ex-Taco Bell Worker Subclasses Nixed In Wage Action

Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 1:45 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday declined to certify two subclasses in a class action brought by former Taco Bell Corp. workers alleging numerous violations of labor law by the fast-food titan, finding the workers did not meet the requirements for class certification.
