Solvay Beats Class Action Over Pension Plan Changes

Law360, New York (October 12, 2011, 8:26 PM ET) -- A Wyoming federal judge on Tuesday threw out the final claim in an Employee Retirement Income Security Act suit brought by a class of Solvay Chemicals Inc. employees over changes to the chemical producer’s pension plan.
