Law360, New York (November 08, 2011, 3:04 PM ET) -- A former Skechers USA Inc. sales associate on Friday hit the shoe retailer with a class action in California court, claiming the company failed to pay employees for overtime worked and deprived them of meal and rest breaks.
In a suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, lead plaintiff Roneshia Sayles claimed Skechers unlawfully withheld pay from employees, including compensation for missed meal and rest breaks, overtime and earned wages, in violation of California labor laws.
