Express Services Founder Can't Dodge Looting Battle

Law360, New York (February 03, 2012, 6:32 PM ET) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Friday refused to dismiss a shareholder derivative suit in which one of the co-founders of staffing giant Express Services Inc. accuses his fellow founder of using the company as a personal piggy bank, allegedly taking from it well in excess of $141 million.
