Mike Ditka's Restaurant Gets Wage Class Action Punted

Law360, Chicago (March 08, 2012, 3:55 PM ET) -- An Illinois federal judge on Thursday tossed a waiter's putative collective action accusing NFL football legend Mike Ditka's Chicago restaurant of failing to shell out proper overtime wages, finding the complaint left "a lot to be desired."
