Bingham Loses Fight To Arbitrate Ex-Lawyer's Bias Suit

Law360, New York (March 30, 2012, 7:45 PM ET) -- Bingham McCutchen LLP lost its bid to force a former associate to arbitrate her allegations that she was wrongfully terminated after developing a rare sleep disorder when a California judge ruled Thursday that arbitration provisions in her contract don't apply.
