AMICO Sued For $97K Over Hearing Loss Coverage

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 1:40 PM ET) -- Continental Holdings Inc. sued American Motorists Insurance Co., in Louisiana federal court on Monday, seeking to make AMICO pay $97,000 in defense and indemnity costs for a class action brought by 81 workers at a Continental-owned paper mill over hearing loss caused by industrial noise.
