$2.78M OSHA Fine Follows Death At Cintas Laundry

Law360, New York (August 20, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- North America's largest uniform supplier has been slapped with a proposed $2.78 million fine following a probe into the March 2007 death of a worker who fell into an industrial dryer after trying to clear a jammed conveyor at a Cintas Corp. facility in Oklahoma, an accident that led five members of Congress to call for a nationwide investigation into Cintas' industrial laundry facilities.
