Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 8:32 PM ET) -- An Eleventh Circuit decision reviving a lawsuit over an allegedly illegal agreement between dog track operator Mardi Gras Gaming and a union was erroneous and threatens to encroach on the National Labor Relations Board's jurisdiction, Obama administration officials told the appeals court last week.
