SoCal Edison Refused To Pay OT Wages, Suit Says

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 2:03 PM ET) -- An engineer formerly employed by Southern California Edison Co. accused the utility company of forcing its hourly workers to work off the clock and refusing to pay overtime wages in a proposed class action filed April 30 in California state court.

Lead plaintiff Amit Bharadwaj alleged in his complaint that Edison and staffing company Volt Management Corp.
