Law360, New York (August 30, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Hinting at internal strife, nearly a dozen members of the Philadelphia Transport Workers Union have accused the administration of their local branch of deliberately trying to shut them out of the labor organization's election process.
The plaintiffs filed suit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, asking the court to step in and put the Johnson slate back on the ballot.
