Law360, New York (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge in the securities fraud lawsuit against Tyco International Ltd. has ruled that several of the company's former and current attorneys and forensic accountants can be deposed on certain subjects.
Judge James R. Muirhead of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire ruled that David Boies, currently serving as trial counsel for Tyco, may be deposed about the “Boies Report,” the results of Tyco's internal investigation overseen by Boies.
