Judge Unseals FedEx Motion For Sanctions

Law360, New York (September 11, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A district court judge overseeing an employment discrimination class action against Federal Express Corp. has unsealed documents related to the shipping company's request for sanctions against a plaintiffs attorney in the case.

The documents do not contain trade secrets and therefore do not require protection, Judge Susan Illston of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California ruled Monday, reversing her decision earlier this year to shield the information.
