CBS Wants Alleged 'Big Brother' Copycat 'Glass House' Banned

Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 6:13 PM ET) -- CBS Broadcasting Inc. asked a California federal court on Thursday to halt the June 18 premiere of ABC Inc.’s reality TV series “Glass House,” saying similarities with CBS’ long-running “Big Brother” are due to trade secret theft by former CBS employees.
