Idaho Asks 9th Circ. To Revive Right-To-Work Law Extensions

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 8:49 PM ET) -- Idaho's attorney general told the Ninth Circuit on Thursday that a lower court got it wrong when it found that two statutes expanding the state's right-to-work law for public works projects were preempted by the National Labor Relations Act.
