NLRB Urges DC Circ. To Uphold Union Poster Mandate

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 4:35 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board has told the D.C. Circuit it was acting within its authority when it issued a controversial rule requiring employers to hang posters informing workers of their right to unionize, asking the appeals court to reinstate enforcement provisions nixed by a lower court.
