NLRB Slams Tesco For Anti-Union Grocery Coupons

Law360, Los Angeles (June 27, 2012, 6:02 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board ruled Monday that Tesco PLC violated the National Labor Relations Act when it ordered employees at more than 15 California Fresh & Easy grocery stores to hand out coupon-bearing fliers apologizing for pro-union protests outside a Los Angeles store.
