YRC Pays $11M To Settle EEOC Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 7:13 PM ET) -- A YRC Worldwide Inc. unit has agreed to cough up $11 million to resolve claims that the transportation company subjected black employees at an Illinois facility to harassment and discrimination, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced Friday.
