Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 10:37 PM ET) -- The Fourth Circuit on Thursday held that allegations of a conspiracy among management at Perdue Farms Inc. to hire unauthorized foreign workers in a bid to drive down wages did not support a class claim under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
