AFL-CIO, Others Urge DC Circ. To Uphold NLRB Posting Rule

Law360, New York (July 06, 2012, 9:27 PM ET) -- The AFL-CIO and other employee rights groups on Friday urged the D.C. Circuit to affirm the National Labor Relations Board's authority to issue a controversial rule requiring employers to hang posters informing workers of their right to unionize.
