Star-Ledger Fraud Suit Claims Newspaper Lied About Buyouts

Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 8:28 PM ET) -- In a case touching on the recent economic woes of the newspaper industry, a former deputy business editor and bureau chief with New Jersey's largest paper, The Star-Ledger, is suing the company for fraud, claiming he was misled into accepting a 2010 buyout.
