Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 8:31 PM ET) -- The ex-CEO of Softmart Inc. launched a suit in Pennsylvania federal court Wednesday alleging that the software licensing company violated his employment agreement and locked him out of his company-leased home after he was terminated without cause in May.
Mark Nilson says the company violated his employment contract by not giving him prior notice before he was fired at a May 2 shareholder meeting. The company has likewise refused to provide him with severance pay and two years of insurance benefits mandated in the agreement....
