Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 8:05 PM ET) -- The U.S. General Services Administration will have to face another Capitol Hill grilling after new reports that it spent $270,000 on a one-day employee reward conference, held months after the now-infamous 2010 Las Vegas conference that cost top agency leaders their jobs.
