Teva Says Genzyme, Ex-Employee Stole Sales Staff

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 7:42 PM ET) -- Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. accused Genzyme Corp. and the former head of sales of a Teva unit of poaching Teva's top sales talent and misusing trade secrets to promote Genzyme drugs, in violation of the sales manager's separation agreement, according to a suit filed in Pennsylvania federal court Friday.
