Law360, New York (August 08, 2012, 7:32 PM ET) -- Pilots for bankrupt American Airlines Inc. shot down a tentative labor contract on Wednesday, a move that comes before a court ruling that could allow AA's parent AMR Corp. to reject the current collective bargaining pact and saddle the pilots with tougher concessions.
Only 2,935 pilots voted in favor of the tentative agreement, while 4,600 voted against it, the Allied Pilots Association union said.
