Calif. Hospital Chain Strikes $6M Deal With OT Class

Law360, Los Angeles (September 07, 2012, 5:53 PM ET) -- Hospital chain AHMC Inc. has agreed to pay $6 million to settle a class action alleging it shorted about 2,500 workers on overtime and breaks, but a California judge held off on approving the deal Friday, saying she needs more information about the value of their claims.
