Swartz Campbell Sues Rival Firm Over Loss Of Fla. Office

Law360, Philadelphia (September 12, 2012, 2:45 PM ET) -- Philadelphia-based law firm Swartz Campbell LLC has sued local rival The Chartwell Law Offices LLP in state court, alleging in a complaint filed Monday that Chartwell improperly poached employees, including one still bound to Swartz by a partnership agreement, and took over the firm's operations in Fort Myers, Fla.
