Law360, New York (October 17, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Camera and electronics retailer B&H Foto & Electronics Corp. has agreed to pay $4.3 million to Hispanic employees to settle a national origin discrimination suit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
On Tuesday, the EEOC filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, claiming B&H discriminated against a class of Hispanic warehouse workers by denying them the same benefits non-Hispanic employees received.
