Schneider Truckers Win Class Cert. In Wage-And-Hour Case

Law360, San Diego (September 13, 2012, 10:52 PM ET) -- A California federal judge has granted class certification to thousands of California truckers of Schneider National Carriers Inc. for most of their claims in a case alleging their employer violated state wage-and-hour laws and failed to provide meal and rest breaks.
