Nordstrom Defeats Workers' Day-Of-Rest Claims

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 8:04 PM ET) -- A California federal judge recently ruled in favor of Nordstrom Inc. on a pair of workers' claims that the retailer violated state law by having them work for more than six consecutive days, casting doubt on the plaintiffs' ability to bring a representative action.
