NLRB Sides With Car Dealer In 1st Facebook Firing Decision

Law360, New York (October 01, 2012, 8:22 PM ET) -- Karl Knauz Motors Inc. did not violate labor law when it fired a BMW salesman over Facebook postings about an accident at an adjacent Land Rover dealership, the National Labor Relations Board said Monday, issuing its first ruling involving an employee fired for Facebook posts.
