Judge Trims Claims In Suit Over Winn-Dixie Data Breach

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 4:52 PM ET) -- A Florida judge trimmed several counts from a proposed class action brought by a Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. employee alleging the company and an employee purchasing plan failed to adequately protect personal data or timely notify victims of a data breach.
