Law360, New York (December 4, 2012, 8:52 PM ET) -- A trade secrets suit accusing a former PhoneDog LLC employee of continuing to use a company Twitter account after leaving his job has ended with a settlement, but attorneys said Tuesday the case is still a cautionary tale for employers that fail to have written policies in place over social media account ownership.
