Pa. High Court Snubs Appeal Over Police Retiree Benefit Cuts

Law360, Philadelphia (December 12, 2012, 6:37 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Tuesday it would not take up an appeal of a decision finding that public employees, including police officers and firefighters, and their spouses can't be stripped of their post-retirement health care benefits as part of an arbitration decision.
