Calif. Union-Picketing Fight May Land In US High Court

Law360, San Diego (January 02, 2013, 10:19 PM ET) -- The California Supreme Court recently ruled that a labor union could picket on private property outside a Ralphs Grocery Co. store, upholding state restrictions on employer injunctions and potentially setting the stage for a U.S. Supreme Court constitutional fight over whether states can grant special free-speech rights to unions, attorneys say.
