7th Circ., Others Shield For-Profits From Contraception Mandate

Law360, New York (January 02, 2013, 8:41 PM ET) -- The Seventh Circuit on Friday issued a temporary restraining order exempting a construction company from the Affordable Care Act’s contraception mandate, a ruling federal district courts echoed in granting similar orders for the founder of Domino's Pizza Inc. and other companies on claims that the health care law infringes their religious freedoms.
